Welcome - no more mowing this week. It is raining and raining in "wild and wonderful WV... :-)

I would be directing my rotary cutter down the side of a ruler to slice and dice some of those fabrics I've been keeping in my stash. My outcome would be to see a finished item laying across my bed just begging me to take its picture......Well reality has set right in..........I've been sitting in the drivers seat of my lawnmower with the petal to the metal guiding it around this 2 acres of green grass. I've been directing my 'weed eater' down the sides of my driveway, sidewalks and fence posts. By the time I get the camera and get out there to make a picture it isn't so pretty but requires that attention again. But, fall is a comin' and I intend to be in my sewing room listening to the hum of a Bernina and reading all your tips and ideas. Hope everyone has a wonderful day....

Your retirement vision is almost like mine was. I'm busier now that I was when I was working, if you can imagine that. But the most wonderful thing is that I can do what I want, when I want, as much, (or as little), as I want and still get the same monthly income, (SS). Almost as good as buttered bread. I hope you enjoy retirement as much as I do. It was worth working for.
