Hi there, Southern Cal. I noticed that you are also the proud mom of two serving in the military. I am ex-Navy also and spent some time stationed in San Diego.
No, my boy isn't wet - he has one of those glossy black coats. Our two yellows just don't seem to have that same glow.
Thanks for your reply. Will keep those serving in our prayers.
Jeanette

Thanks for your reply. I used to hail from the Bremerton area when I was in the Navy. I know that quilt shop in P.A. pretty well from the Shop Hops!
Happy quilting,
Jeanette

Thanks so much for your reply. I spent some time exploring VA when I was stationed in that area about 12 years ago. Loved it there - the air seens softer, somehow.
Happy quilting,
Jeanette

We're doing our best - we had 7 inches of snow last night and are expecting another foot over the weekend! Enjoy the sunshine for all of us

Hi Alaska,
I visited Alaska in 1997. I visited Sitka and fell in love with the city and people. I have a pen pal from Ketchikan. She is elderly and not well right now. I keep her in my prayers.
I love to quilt, but have slowed down, as have problems with my thumb. I enjoy hand quilting.
I hope to return to your fair state one day.
Enjoy and think spring!
