Hello from alison in Australia
Hi, Just taking this opportunity to say hello. I have just joined.
This looks like a great site, something for everyone.
I have been quilting and sewing for many years and especially love sewing and quilting on my old treadle sewing machines. My current project is making a Soduko Quilt for one of my brothers. I got the idea from a book I saw in a book shop. You use fabric to represent the numbers (nine different fabrics in all), find a soduko solution, I used one from the local paper, and follow it, substituting the numbers with your chosen fabric. Et voila.

Hi, Alison, from cold Minnesota, USA! You'll find a lot of good company here with treadlers and other vintage machine sewers. Have you checked out the vintage machine forum? Lots of help there and good info. Have fun here!
