    I'm sure he does miss it! That's a hard one to leave behind. But just a quick two hour drive north and we can get a taste of the seasons again!

    Welcome from Iowa. I have a simple Singer with only zigzag and i can create fun and useful quilt tops. Go for it. You will have success.
