I used my homemade Twister to do a small project just to see if I liked the technique. If you are going to do a large project I recommend getting the actual Twister ruler if you can. The ruler has little gripping feet on the bottom that help to give you a firmer surface over the bulk of the intersections. Good luck, it's a fun technique.
