Welcome from the FL Panhandle. I missed the Vicksburg show but plan on making Hattiesburg. It's a good little drive. On business advice, I would do research first. Join the local Guild and see about demand and the prices they are getting. If I ever get a longarm, I would develop a business for the deduction. But then, when a hobby becomes a business, the fun seems to disappear for me.
