New here - from the Charlotte area in NC. I am going to start on a new quilt after the holidays for my oldest son's graduation and have a feeling that I am getting in over my head! He wants a medallion Mariner's Compass quilt! I have yet to find a pattern for one, so any help would be appreciated!

Hello and welcome from Ontario. Many members have posted their Mariner's Compass quilts. Have you done a search here on the board?

I did a bing search using the above and found a lot of interesting sites. You might want to start there. They are beautiful. Hope to see pics when you get yours done.

Not yet, there is such an overwhelming amount of information on here, that I haven't found anything yet! Trying to get to something. Oh! Just saw the search button on the top! Will try that next!
