Greetings
I used to make quilts and quilted clothing for my children, also as functional art projects. It's been many years ago, some of my children still have their quilts and clothing. Now that I have more time, would love to start quilting again. My first project for this return will be a quilt for my next grandchild expected in November. Mind you, I have 8 other grands who will be asking for their own. Am excited about starting. It's a bit more challenging for me now, every quilt I made in the past was handstiched and embroidered. Will see how wearing glasses now, and being much older will change the game. Will be asking for advice, so hopefully this group can assist.

Hi from North Georgia. I have 9 grandchildren myself. People often ask if I will make a quilt for them and pay me for it. But I always have to explain that I would never have the time because I am always making something for someone in my family. I love to make and them give them to my loved ones.
