Hi, from a nomad currently in Eagle Nest, NM. I, too, have fibro. I've found that I can do pretty well if I quilt in small bursts, rather than long marathon sessions. I get up, move around, do some easy stretching, read a little and then go back to cutting, piecing or whatever. Enjoy the board.

Quote: Hi Jacqueline,

Greetings from Montreal QC. Sorry about the fibro CF, I ex[ect you are bening followed? I suppose it affects quilting but hope you are able to push through it and create, I've had similar problems and just the colour and design and spirituality of quilting have helped lift me over it.

In fact I find a little quilting every day makes me more creative at other things, like designing products for my business.

What sort of quilting do you like best, designs, colours, techniques?

Best,

Maurene
I love almost all aspects of quilting, especially the easy stuff right now. I am working on a scrappy(my fave) 9-patch quilt, using 2.5" squares. I am making each block different and have made 24 so far. I have to take it real slow because of the Fibro and constant Migraines. I used to hand quilt but can't anymore due to bilateral Carpal Tunnel surgeries.
Thanks for your note!

Hi, Maurene! Thanks for the message on my intro page. I am really trying to do a little quilting every day, but pain often keeps me out of my sewing room.
