Hello and Welcome to the board :D:D:D
A pressing sheet for fusible applique? You fuse the separate pieces to it, once it cools you peel it up as one solid unit and place it on the block/quilt and iron it down :D:D:D
A general pressing cloth is a white piece of cotton fabric, placed over the item you are wanting to press/iron. It helps to protect the fabric from the heat of the iron, stains on the sole plate.
A thick terry one helps keep embroidery work or appliques from flattening out. Place the embroidery/applique face down onto it and then press :D:D:D
