Hi, I'm from South Dakota, too-but from Sioux Falls. I grew up about 90 miles east of Rapid City and LOVE the Black Hills. I go every chance I get! Welcome to the best side of the state!

Hi, welcome to the Quilting Board. I'm also from South Dakota. I'm a transplant for Eastern SD to Western SD south of Rapid City. Love it out here. Enjoy yourself.

Yes, I agree the Black Hills are fabulous! Reminds me of of my beloved Oregon--trees, mountains.

Thanks All for the welcome. :)

Hi from New Mexico. My DH is from Hot Springs. His grandparents homesteaded land there many years ago.

I know you will enjoy all the people here. They are so helpful.
