Hello!
#1
I'm fairly new to quilting, but started about 15 years old. (I'm not new to sewing) I've made about 5-6 quilts but they have all been "Trip around the world". (Which are so EASY to make) I'll post pictures in the other forum.
Since my quilts haven't been quilted on a long arm machine, I'm in need to make another one. I also found a place close to my house that lets you rent time on thier long arm machine so I really want to do something that will last a lifetime.
I look forward to learning new tricks and new blocks :)
I also have a 13 week old who is the joy of my life, so I'm making a goal in 2011 to do at LEAST 1 block a week. :)
I look forward to meeting all of you!
Happy Holidays!

Busy young woman! great job, 5 or 6 quilts, I've never made a trip around the world. Love seeing these pics of your sweet baby. Quilting makes motherhood much easier when you have something to throw yourself into when you have a moment.
Merry Christmas! It should be a fun one for you!

Thanks for the warm welcome! The good thing about trip around the world (posted pics in the pictures) is that you just make tubes, and unstitch on the ones you need. I taught my friend how to sew one and we did a baby quilt in about a day.
