Just joined today but I have enjoyed reading your posts for several months. I really enjoy the quilt photos, the sewing room photos and reading the funny family stories. Some of the links are helpful, also.

Hey girl. Welcome from East Texas. Is that Gingerbread you eat or something else. Read your profile. I love a good gingerbread fresh from the oven. We are all half crazy & have loads of fun as you have already found out. Glad to have ya.

I love making & eating gingerbread. I make gingerbread houses only when I visit my sister in Arkansas. She has won numerous contests with her gingerbread houses; I'd rather sew. She is a professional genealogist & got me hooked on that, too, except that I do it only for our family.

Thank you. This avatar is a wall hanging called Bunny in the Garden that I did back in April. It was my first applique and was on display at the Texas State Fair this year. It was also my first time to do any FMQ. I made two of the bunnies. The one on loan to my sister in Arkansas was quilted with rakes, hoes & shovels. It was fun. :D
