Being from Michigan I know you are seeing beautiful sites flying to quilt shops!! Wow that is a fun way to go! Cheboygan, MI has a nice quilt shop and an airstrip out by Mullett Lake!! 10 miles from town though!

Hello from WA state. My husband was born in Marquette and lived in Big Bay til he was about 12. A piece of his heart is still there! Still has relatives and friends there.

Hello from Northern Delaware -- and from someone who lived in the UP, too -- Eastern side South of Ste. Saint Marie -- back in the early 1970s. Kincheloe AFB. Boy, was it cold and snowy there!
