I just stumbled across this site and thought I'd investigate. I consider myself a "new" quilter. I started in 2008 and now I can't seem to stop. I've made about 20 quilts and have given 13 away. I fall in love with each one that I make and I make sure that people I give them to will love them as much as I do. When people ask me if I make them and sell them, I generally say that it's a Labor of Love. I have traded one for a painting, so I guess I've "sold" one. I'm currently president of the River City Quilt Guild in Baton Rouge and a member of Remember Me Guild, AQS, and Gulf States Quilting Association. I am looking forward to posting questions and getting answers from all the experts out there. Now back to sewing!

THANKS! I'm uploading my photos to have them in more than one place. I really really need to get prints made since I don't always trust computers to keep my photographs. I figured I could post them here for storage. I'm having fun making them!
