Hi from Bowling Green, KY!
I'm Jeanne. I'm 61 and have been quilting for about 30 years and sewing for about 45. My favorite types of sewing are quilts and little girl dresses!
My husband and I live in a log home built out of 200 year old logs from 2 log cabins in Kentucky. It's very rustic! We have 3 children, all married, and they have blessed us with 6 wonderful grandchildren so far. We have twin granddaughters due in September (I've got quilt tops finished already in Bonnie & Camille's "Ruby" fabrics.) and another grandbaby due in December. So this Christmas I'll be adding 3 more stockings to the mantel!
Don't know how I've missed this quilting board but am excited to be on here now!

Hi Jeanne! I am just up I65 from you in Magnolia, KY (which is 10 miles east of Elizabethtown and 8 miles south of Hodgenville)! I love log homes especially ones with a history. Congratulations on your new babies that will be arriving this fall and winter. Santa will be very busy this year at you home! Welcome.

A big welcome form Mid-Missouri, I'm in the process of building my cordwood home. Congrats all all your g-babies and the 3 new ones coming. Looking forward to seeing your quilts and getting to know you and learning what you have to offer.

Welcome from SC Texas. My youngest grand daughter is turning two on the 29th so I am making little girl dresses again. My oldest is 21 now so it has been awhile. It is so much fun having a little one around again. I hope you like it here, it is a lot of fun and so good to have a place to share our love of sewing and quilting. So happy you found us.

Thanks so much, Tartan, Pat and Neesie, for your welcomes. Pat, I absolutely love sewing for my granddaughters and look forward to these new ones! The fabrics are so much prettier, I think, than when my 34 year old daughter was little!
