A big welcome from Reading, Pa!
Say, my son lives in Dewey, anywhere close?

Got my machine home. Boy, what a great one it is!!! Cannot wait to do a project with it, and especially embroider. I have never seen so many built in designs in one machine. Thought Esante was well built, but this Babylock Ellegante is quite a machine!

Been playing with stitches, and actually got to load some of my collected files onto a drive to plug into the machine. What a joy to read them for the first time.
It also uses design cards, so some of my older stuff will work with this new one. I also got the 2 upgrades that I am still working with. Seems like this one had one update already, but am not quite sure I got the proper files into the 4th update yet. This is a minor thing, but am really excited to get to use this great machine! Looking forward to getting some things made now.

Chilly weather for Phoenix is coming, with some rain. I am battling my allergies and on medications for that. So, it is really a challenge.

Happy stitching!

Good going! You can show us your work!
Wondering if you are originally from Phoenix since you mention allergies. My son is from Pa and never had trouble til he moved out west. Oh well, guess this isn't the right place to mention but I was curious.

I am from Oregon. Been in AZ/Phoenix since 1978. I have never had alot of allergy probs before.

Mine is alot of stress, as I am sole support to my mom who has emphysema and diabetes bad. Then I have my own health issues, too. I fight anemia, and have a bad problem with osteoporosis.

Other than that, I am OK. Thanks for your email, and yes, I will put a showcase of my work in pics once I get my house cleaned up and the sewing stuff gets into place in my room. It is a hard job to declutter! Have alot of stuff to toss out.

Take care! Ronda
