Hello. My mother taught me to quilt as a child, and she is the reason I'm here, actually. Due to health issues, she recently moved in with me and has insisted she's given up quilting. She has stacks of beautiful quilts done alone and with her quilt group, as well as fabric, supplies and thirty years worth of books and magazines. I hope to find quilters who might be interested in some of her supplies and who can advise me on various aspects of quilting.

A big welcome from Ireland. I hope you take up quilting so that you can use some of Mom's things and she can help you.

Hi and welcome from the sunny state of Florida!! I hope you learn to quilt and become as addicted as the rest of us! Please read the forum rules and don't post to sell anything until you have "a regular here" under your name. I'd hate to see you get banned from this wonderful board(as has happened in the recent past to several people). Once you get this and post items to sell, there's a lot of us that will buy!!! Enjoy quilting and the board!!!
