Do you turn your sewing machine on before or after you connect the cord to your computer? Is the cord the one that came with the PedBasic? Meaning, are you using the correct cord? Are you sending the correct format to your machine? Must be PES.

I'm from TN. Quilting is my passion. I also love gardening. I am a retired dental hygienist. I volunteer as a grief counselor for my church and serve in the quilting ministry. Most of the rest of my time is taken up being taxi for kids next door, my faux grandchildren. Looking forward to meeting you all.
