Hi everyone

I am new here to this Quilting Board. I am a very beginner Quilter and I need lots of insights on Quilting as I am only a Beginner.

I have my first Quilt to make this year and I will need lots of help with this.

I also do other hobbies too which are:

Counted Cross Stitch
Reading
Crocheting

Those are my other main hobbies that I love to do as well.

I belong to a Quilting Club and a Quilting Guild in my area that I live in. I have to make my first Table Topper or a Wall Hanging as soon as I get the material for this.

I live by myself with one very spoiled Male Child whose name is Railroad which is my Kitty Kat.

Well I think that is all I can think of...if anybody else wants to know anything more about me please feel free to ask.

Welcome from a fellow newbie beginner! :) I'm in icy southern Indiana. I'm also looking for a fairly simple project to begin again with.

I've been told through these messages that these patterns are easy to do:

Rail Fence
Yellow Brick Road
Disappearing 9 Patch or a 9 Patch Quilt
Ohio Star

So that is what I've been told. I think I'm just going to do a 9 Patch and make it big enough to be a 12 x 12 size. I'm not sure yet though.
