Thank you to the "Land of 10,000 lakes"! I love driving through your state. I found a couple of quilt shops I would like to visit again, but cannot remember where they were?! Maybe I will find them one day.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I have relatives living in Iowa, so have visited your state a time or two. I felt as if I could see the ends of the earth when I was there. How magnificent!

Thank you for the welcome. I lived in Westchester county, New York and went to Danbury everyday after school. Connecticut has soooo many quaint places, with such wonderful history and quilts.

Thank you Cincy! My husband, Aunt John, went to the University if Cincinnati. I delivered a wedding cake to the Bengals stadium last year...that was definately the highlight of my baking career!

A lil funny....my fiance' had an Uncle Cheryl...it was his given name from birth. I never had the chance to meet him, he passed before I met my fiance...but I have heard some of his stories.
