My husband says your part of the country is absolutely breath-taking. Maybe someday I'll see it. Haven't been any further east than New Mexico.

Welcome. It is nice that you are watching over my Oregon Coast for me while I can't be there. That is heaven. I grew up on the East Coast, my DH grew up on the West Coast

Yeah, it is absolutely fab here, if you can take the weather,
I'm one that goes agate hunting in the rain. What part of the coast is your husband from. I grew up in Newport, but now we live 14 miles inland from Florence, and we just love it.
