Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm in Oklahoma and have only been quilting (machine quilting) for about 1 1/2 yrs. So I'm definitely a beginner. I make the top, and a local quilter does the sandwiching and quilting for me. To date, I've made a baby quilt for my newest granddaughter, and two children quilts for the other granddaughters, as well as my first one--a lap quilt for myself. Just this week I started my fifth one, a queen size for my son and daughter-in-law. I love seeing new patterns and learning new techniques. I'll enjoy any ideas you can pass on to me.
