Wow!! I can't believe all the neighbors and friends I've met.
Yes, Pat is an awesome name :D and I truly think hubby's exaggerate when they say we can't remain quiet!!
I forgot to say that I'm a widow, so I have plenty of time to play with my fabric. I used to tease hubby that all that fabric piled in a shelf against the outside wall was insulation!! He never complained, just winced now and then. I have a daughter in North Carolina (near Winston-Salem) and one in California (near San Fran), so I have "roots" all over the place!
Thanks for the warm welcomes.

Hi Pat and welcome from Argentina!!
My sister, the one who taught me to sew and quilt, lives in Ithaca, NY and my niece is taking her doctorate at Binghamton University. We are all NY girls. I just live a little farther away now. LOL

Hi Pat ~ Welcome! I'm an Upstate NY neighbor. I live in Fayetteville, NY for most of the year, but we relocate to our lake house for the 4 months of June - Sept. Our summer home is on Bradley Brook Lake in Madison County, which is even closer to Albany than Fayetteville. You are going to LOVE being on the Quilters Board. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Some very, very talented quilters here; Some of the gorgeous stuff they post will make me say "When I grow up, I want to be just like _________ ".
