I want to thank my dear friend Pam for introducing me to this site. I don't know how I didn't find my way here before. Pam, I and another friend just spent a few days together having our own retreat at her house and it was just wonderful! Thanks again Pam! Pam simply amazes me with her knowledge and as we all know, the more heads together, the easier the problem is solved! So nice to be here!

Thank you, ladies! Speaking of military. My new son-in-law is headed to Army boot camp in early September. I am proud of him, but my daughter & I will be a mess on that day! Here's a great thank you to all our military husbands, fathers, mothers, etc serving for us!

Hi Debb, welcome to the board.

I went to the Vermont Quilt Festival and met The Quilted Dove there. She was running the booth on Quilts of Valor.

Maybe I can meet you next year. :)
