Hi from West Virginia
Hi,
My name is Rob Knarr and I am new to this forum. My step dad past away many years ago from cancer. He was among other things a marine, a police officer and then finally retired a conservation officer. He had lots of interests. However, quilting was not one of them. I helped my mom to sort through and organize the stuff that they had accumulated over the years. Neither of them are good at managing their stuff. Back in the early 1980s they along with his mother were into buying quilts from individuals and from auctions. The ones she bought individually were made in the 1980s while the ones from the auction are a lot older. She probably has about 18 or so. She is now interested in selling some and we would like some help identifying the patterns. I am not sure whether to put a picture of each quilt on the main or the picture quilting forum section. I hope someone can help me with the patterns and the quilting forum section. Thank you for your assistance and happy quilting.
Regards,
Rob

Welcome from Ontario, Canada. You can post pictures in Main of Quiltingboard. We will try to identify the patterns if we know them.

We're glad you joined us! Hope you find all the info you need to help your mother sell her quilt collection. You might find interest (especially on older quilts) on this board -- try the members swap meet section after you've been active long enough to qualify.
