Kinda..yes I did fix it..and ran into another problem related with using Batiks...they are hard on machine needles...and I started breaking needles halfway thru the quilt...so have had it on hold for several months..I researched and talked to my quilting friends...and they all agreed that Titaninum needles work best on batiks...so have that and now have to adjust the tension again..just haven't been able to get back to it...with working and family stuff..so I will soon..
thanks for asking...Don't know what to tell you..I love the Hintenberg frame..but wish that the Voager machines were alittle simpler to figure out...they are all complicated...you need alot of patience..
