Howdy from the Left Coast.
This is a great place for learning and sharing, hope you have a good time. I don't come from a quilting background so am self-taught and I started before there were rotary cutters. I'm still learning all the time, and if I can share a hint or a trick so that someone else doesn't need to learn it the hard way, I'm all for that!

Welcome aboard! I am from SE Michigan near Detroit. There are many talented quilters here that are more than willing to help you and point you in the right places to increase your love of quilting and your skills. Relax and enjoy the board. It could be a bit much for you to absorb at first but jump right in and find out all about us. Welcome to the world of quilters!

Howdy from Texas. It's great to have new quilters on the board. There is so much information here to help you along & tons of you tubes & videos that will show you step by step on how to do things. Can't wait to see some of your finished projects.
