Default I want a stitch regulator!

Hello-I am new to the Board-my first time posting, although I have been following along with some posts and enjoying the information out there. I am from North Dakota, and my name is Tammi.
I purchased a New Joy quilting frame with a Brother PS1500 from a friend last summer and have been teaching myself to quilt with this. Last night I saw on PBS on the Fons and Porter quilting show a guest was using a long arm machine with a stitch regulator, and it looked like it worked awesome! Now I want one, but the couple sites I looked at had them priced at about $500! That's half of what I paid for the frame and machine...so I guess I need to start a fund for myself until I can purchase one.
I love all the information I see on this board! Looking forward to hearing from all of you.

Welcome to the Quilting Board from Louisiana Many of the quilting tools are pricey but are well worth the price in the long run. Quilt on!

Welcome from GA. I want one of those also. When my Bernina dealer had floor models on sale that had that feature it was all I could do to restrain myself.

Welcome from Ontario, Canada. I would love a frame with a quilting machine on it. It is not in my budget with or without a stitch regulator.
