Question I'm new and I have a question about QuiltMotion

Hello, I'm new here, my name is Deb (GypsyQuilters.) I just recently purchased a gently used Husqvarna Viking quilting machine with frame and QuiltMotion. I've updated all of the firmware and can actually design something to be quilted but when it says to "Start remote display," and the display starts up then this screen comes up for "set safety area." "Top Left." once I push that button, it goes to ":set safety area 2". Then the screen goes back to the Quilt Motion logo. How do I actually start the darn thing to sewing? I've spent 2 days on this trying to figure it out. Grace Company"s "help" page is nonexistent. So I'm really hoping someone is able to assist me on here. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the boards. I found this that might help you. Looks like there is a part 1 and part 2. I know nothing about Quilt Motion but hopefully you can find your answer in these you tubes:

Another thought...could you contact the person you purchased the Husqvarna Viking quilting machine with frame and QuiltMotion from & tell them your problem & see if they could help you? It might be a very simple fix that you just don't know about.

Welcome from Minnesota!

Hope you get an answer for the problem with that machine.
And that it is "something simple" that is an easy fix.

Welcome from Southern Indiana. I'm sure you'll find your answer here, and I'm sure you'll love your quilting machine when you finally convince it to actually sew! Enjoy!

Welcome to the QB from SE Michigan. I only wish I could help you with your machine problem. Unfortunately I know nothing about this one. I am glad you jumped right in. I look forward to hearing about getting your machine going and so continue to ask questions and join in other conversation. Again welcome to the QB.
