If they give a discount for each group, maybe we should choose groups???? and draw lots as to who gets the discount ?? I wonder how many make a discount group??

I remember when I was one of the only ME quilters on line. I belonged to RCTQ newsgroup and we had a Y2K 3" square swap. 25 squares and a sig square fit a regular envelope. A quilter from every state, province and country was the aim of the swap.

As I was the only Mainer, I got and sent a lot of squares. My mail bill was almost $50.00 every month for a year. I got thousands of squares and made a lot of quilts -- Irish Chain, TATW and I still have some. TheTriple Irish Chain I also used the sig squares for the small white pieces.

I met a lot of quilters that way and it was a great international group.
