Hello. I am in Oregon. Began quilting ten plus years ago...Grandma's fault.

gee everybody! Thank you....I just found the page so sorry it took so long to respond. I really enjoy talking to you guys and meeting new quilters. Haven't had much opportunity to get to much more than a shop or two. But I find I can pop in here almost anytime. Again thanks for having me aboard.

Hello all you quilters. My name is Jane Sisk and I live in Tucson AZ. Have been quilting for only 8 months but have loved every minute of it. Thought I couldn't do it, even though I could sew, somehow it intimidated me. Was convinced (forced into it by a daughter in law who went out and purchased all my needed supplies) I was recovering from knee replacement surgery and needed something to fill my time besides the idiot box. I am so hooked now that I am never without a quilt on my lap on one being pieced on the machine. I have made 3 king size, 2 queen, 1 full, 1 twin and 1 couch throw. So you can see I have been busy. I piece on the machine and hand quilt. Love every minute. Can't wait to start the next project.

Would love to send some pictures of my work but haven't quite figured it out yet. Tried it but it didn't work. I am a self taught quilter and am very proud of some of the work I have done.

thanks for the reply
