Hey all, I'm a sporadic quilter from a family of quilters. I'm originally from KY but have been living in the Middle East for the past 15 years. The older I get the more I seem to turn back to the old family traditions, including quilting as a means of preserving family history. I like to do all types of craftwork, but have only completed a few quilting projects.

I've got an ongoing quilting project, and one I'd like to get started but need some advice (will be posting in the other area for that), which is one of the reasons I looked for (and found) your forums..

Welcome aboard, From Florida. I spent my early childhood in New York. But, home is where I live right now. Less then 10 miles from where I grew up. I visit KY regularly. That is where my mom and brother live.
