Learning to quilt
Hello Everyone,
my name is Barbara and I am a mother of two young children. Ariel is 4 3/4, she is a fun loving little girl and loves to try crafting with me. My son Ilan will be 3 next month and is a wonderful sweet little boy who was diagnosed w/autism last fall. I only mention this cause it has changed many things in our world and does change the amount of time I have to craft.
I know the very basics about quilting. A friend of mine has shown me how but there are many things I have to learn or at least try.
Anyway, I am very interested in participating in swaps and seeing and then trying the great ideas here. I am going to have to wait until June when school will be out (I am currently in grad school and I will be done in June!).
However I have a quilt to make for my daughter's preschool...that will be a different post.
Okay, nice to meet all of you!
