Hello my name is Roxa and I want very much to learn to quilt. I've wanted to do this my whole life but life has a way of getting in the way. My hope is to learn to quilt. I am relying on the good graces of you all to show me how to do just that. I promise to listen and take direction. Please help an old dog learn new tricks. Thank You to all who are willing to help. :D

Welcome! Find a pattern you like and start looking for fabric that you like too. My mistake at first was thinking I'd better practice on icky material first and it was so painful that I almost gave up. Always love what you're doing!

Start with somethibg simple, and not a lot of little pieces. Learning to cut and sew straight (those 1/4 inch seams are tough!) takes a little practice. And ask away!!
