So wonderful to hear from everyone and I mean everyone from all over the world. It is great that there are so many of us that realize quilting is an artform and needs to be handed down from generation to generation. Hope everyone had a great Labor day weekend. I'm now back to heming my quilt and organizing my Brides Bouquet colors and pattern and layout. So you all know this is like playing paper dolls when we were children. You all are welcomed into my friendship base. Elliotsggma Gail

Chris, My Grandmother called the quilt pattern "Seven Sisters" It is made out of all diamonds so anyone could make it in any size. I have the carpenters wheel pattern but I haven't made it yet. It also has lots of diamonds in it though.
Thanks for sending me your note. Gail

Yes it is called seven sisters and can be made in any diamond size. I've seen small diamonds like my grandmothers and larger diamonds. It is very special to me as the memories of carding cotton with her in the winter. Gail
