do a search- there are plenty of fabrics available with dogs on it for the $5-$10 price range...unless you are out of the country- then it may be more difficult-
when members choose to be (hidden) it is pretty hard for us to really help- since location does matter-
but doing a search for animal cotton prints- or dog cotton prints should put you in contact with many- in many price ranges

Start a post in the Classified section and title it "ISO husky dog fabric" (iso=in search of). Anyone that has fabric for sale will see that and reply to you if they have any they are willing to part with.
