I lost it the quick and hurting way. I.B.S. not fun, and diverticulitis of the colon, but finally the Drs. got it figured out. Wanted to lose but not that way Good look, and I think after you get your diet figured out walking is the best thing. Keep me informed as to how you are doing. GOOD LUCK
