Hi, Welcome from Texas! I can't answer your question, as I don't long arm...I just bought a Brother PQ1500, and my hubby is building me a frame for it...I can agree that the prices on the la setups are just more than I can do!! Good luck to you!

Sounds like a good plan. Welcome to the most informative quilting spot in the world. Do a search on here for other folks quilting setups that don't have the $$$ for the longarms, there are lots of ideas.

Thanks for you reply about the tables .Ive been looking for a table for my patchwork machine that has the insert to set the machine in and a extension to make the table wider..Our local dealer no longer carries the cabinets or tables for my machine so Ill have to go 100 miles to another store and look at one..
