Welcome to the Quilting Board from Florida. I really enjoy this website and I have learned so much. I have so many scraps from all of the quilts I have made over the past 40 years that I am also making quilts from my scraps. One that I really want to make is using paper as a foundation piece and sewing strips onto it in random widths. Trim the block to the size you want and the paper should tear away. I use a small stitch when I sew on paper so it perforates the paper and it removes easily. Happy quilting!
