New from Kansas City

Hi! Welcome from Ohio. Maybe instead of a whole quilt you could make a runner for the foot of your bed. That will be quick and you'll know by the end if you want to continue. Either way, good luck

Welcome to the board from Southern California!!!
Just a thought, a bed size quilt will take a long time. My recommendation would be to start with a lap size you can throw on the couch. Don't want you to get too discouraged before you even begin!!!!

Welcome Gloria from a fellow Missourian - from Lebanon, MO here. I lived in KC in the late 60's - LOVED Kansas City. I agree to just make something small. A baby quilt would be handy to have if you need one for a gift or for donating to an auction for a good cause.
