Welcome to the board. It sounds like you are very busy. With grandkids and great grandkids you are proably sewing up a storm. Please post some pictures of your quilts when you get a chance.

Hello and welcome from a 70 year old in England. I have found so many new friends on this site, and the knowledge is passed on freely, although you seem to have so much experience it looks as though some people will be coming to you. But no matter how old you are you never stop learning do you?

Welcome Mar!
I'm relatively new here, too. I have been quilting a short time and learned most of my tricks online. Mom is a 4H instructor & member of a sewing & quilting group.... so I do have her should I run into trouble. I look forward to hearing from you & do hope you'll share your expertise with us (and pictures, too). :D
