thanks for the kind note. I note with interest that you have a difficult time finding fabric in Marinette, Wi. I have been there and it is kinda far from everywhere. Have you tried the web site "Thousandsofbolts.coim" My firends say that we can no longer go to that web site for fear of going to the poor house.

Hi there
Surprise to hear that you are familar with Marinette,WI. Has it been some time since you went through? Yes, we are a small town. Only 11,500 pop. We have a really nice Quilt shop in Menominee,MI just across the bridge. Also, A new Quilt Shop, Pine Stree Quilt right on Marinette Ave (HWY 41) as you come into town. It is only 3 block from my home. Mad idea hey. I go there often. sometimes just to feel. LOL.

Welcome!

Barb, I'm jealous. I wish there was a quilt shop three blocks away from my home. Actually, as far as I know, there's no quilt shop close by Black River Falls, WI. I'd probably have to either go to La Crosse or Eau Claire for quilting shops (or fabric stores since the only place you can buy fabric around here is Wal-Mart )
