    Hello
I googled quilt guilds and that one came up. Is there a waiting list to join? Do I have to wait till next September? Do I just take a deep breath and join? Glad to know you are nearby. Judy

I live in the K section of town near the Easton border. I've been wondering if the Mansf. quilting guild or the Attle. one would work better. Do they encourage visitors to get the feel of the groups? Judy

Welcome from Lanesboro Ma. I am working at learning to quilt also. I have made a lot of rag quilts for starters. My first "real" quilt is flying geese. Found out my cutting was not so good and my 1/4 in seams even worse. so practice is the secret I guess.
If you have any of those little free newspapers, advertise in them for quilting supplies and fabric. My granddughter learned cake decorating and wanted supplies so I did that and I was over loaded with pans, tips etc. Have fun.
