Welcome from Nevada! Everyone is new to quilting at some point. Now you can say you have a year of experience. It's a learning curve no matter how much experience you have, and that's one of the things I love about it. I'm great at sewing, but discovered I'm all thumbs with quilting, because I'm a newbie myself with quilting. Thought my sewing would help -- only kinda, sorta. But quilting is a blast, and you'll love this Quilting Board. It's chock full of great information (sometimes all I do is read it and not leave messages), and it's here if you need help or clarification on a problem/question you have. Welcome aboard!
