I'm further south of juliasb in southeast Michigan. Welcome and ask any questions you have. Someone will try to answer your question.

Welcome from Southern California! I have a 15-91 and love it. It is the machine my mother given to her as a wedding present in 1950 and I learned to sew on it.

Welcome aboard! It is so nice to have the internet now as a resource. Even those of us spread apart by distance or time zones or work schedules or safety distances can quilt together.

Please share your progress and problems, with pictures if you can. For wordy people like me, a picture is worth 10,000 words! Even first projects or humble projects or projects that are/went wrong, they all have their stories and sometimes we get to tell success stories too

You've found a place where people want to hear the stories and where we can talk quilting together, even if it is a language the rest of our families and friends don't speak.

Welcome from sunny southern California. You are in for a lifetime of sewing excitement. Learning is one of the best parts. Then you can look at what you've done and bask in the pleasure. And it's great therapy, too.
