Hi. I am also new to quilting. I never start slowly. I went out bought material and started a bed size quilt. A few weeks later I had what was a passable quilt I had picked a pattern that was a tie quilt so there was no real quilting. I have since made several baby quilts but after retiring from work I have started a real quilt. I am a misplaced Texan living in Oklahoma. So wish me luck.

I lived in Houston when I was a little girl. I now live in Bethany, near Oklahoma City. Moved here from Denison, Texas about 7 months age.

Ditto ! You should come over for it if you haven't been, it is truly the Quilters Mecca !! First weekend in November :)
