Joining a small quilt group from a guild will really advance and refresh your skills. If you tell them to hold you accountable for finishing your projects....I bet they will help you there too!

I don't think there are many quilters in Georgia. I lived in Georgia for 42 years and never met anyone who quilted. I became a quilter when I moved north.
If you do plan to get to Atlanta for classes check out Tiny Stitches in Marietta. The have a website so you can check them out online. Red Hen is also nice.
There is a Sewing Expo in Gwinnett County in ?March? and the Quilting Expo is in Gwinnett in October. I went to in October 2010 and I will definitely be going back in the future, if not in 2011.
