Just recently dived head first into quilting...Decided last week that I wanted to make my mom a quilt for Mother's day...So here goes! My "other" mother has been a quilter for almost 70 years and she is AMAZING!!! I thought she was going to bust when I called her last week to tell her that I have finally decided to learn quilting. She has been trying to get me to quilt for years but for whatever reason It wasn't the right time for me to learn. So here I am and so far I think I may LOVE this hobby!
