I have a Janome and also an old, old, Bernina. For quilting they are both great. I have a friend who has a Juki 98 and she uses it on a Grace quilting table for longarm and also uses it as her main machine. The only advice I would give is buy from a dealer - you have good service and you are not buying anyone's problems.
